Before & Afters

We’ve staged homes across Snohomish and North King Counties, helping sellers feel confident and giving agents listings that stand out. These transformations highlight how the right staging can make a home stand out in at any price point.

PNW Waterfront Retreat

This waterfront home had been loved for nearly five decades by its artisan owner. Over time, rooms became more functional than livable, filled with art, décor, and storage. With an Occupied Staging Consultation and Full Enhancement, we rearranged spaces to showcase the incredible views and neutralized the décor to appeal to today’s buyers. The transformation worked — the home went pending in a week and sold for $100K over list price.

Stanwood Split-Level

By the time we arrived for the consultation, the sellers had already begun decluttering with their agent’s guidance, leaving the upstairs nearly empty. We furnished and styled the entire main floor with carefully selected pieces and added finishing touches to the lower-level bedroom with décor and accents. The transformation created a polished, balanced look — and the home went pending in just 8 days, selling for $28.5K over list price.

Snohomish Mountain View

Preparing to relocate closer to family, these retirees were overwhelmed by the task of downsizing. Their home had hobby rooms, storage spaces, and worn furniture that left it feeling unfinished. Through our consultation, we created a balanced plan: furnishing the main living area and office, and enhancing the rest of the home with accessories. The transformation gave the property a polished, buyer-ready feel — and it sold within 2 days for $25K over asking.

Everett 1920's Charmer

This historic home had been partially remodeled and styled with a tasteful blend of antiques and neutral pieces. After our Occupied Staging Consultation, the sellers implemented our recommendations, leaving the home nearly market-ready. We added the finishing touches — patio furniture for the backyard and neutral pillows and décor throughout. Just 3 days after listing, the home was under contract and sold for $16K over asking.

Shoreline Mid-Century Remodel

This 1960’s estate sale was undergoing a partial remodel under the creative direction of the realtor. She was eager to show off the new finishes with distinctive staging that nodded to mid century modern. We used the newly green kitchen cabinetry and black and gold globe lighting throughout as our design inspiration for this full vacant stage. The realtor and sellers were very happy with the finished product and apparently the buyers were too — the home was pending in 5 days and sold for $21k over list price.

Bothell Detached Condo

This 3 bedroom condo lived like a single family home with an open floor plan, but the living space and back yard were relatively small. The realtor needed beautiful staging to set it apart, a layout that showed plenty of seating but didn’t feel overcrowded, and patio staging to showcase the usable space. We were able to deliver all three and the home was under contract for $15k over list price within 5 days.

Snohomish NW Craftsman

The sellers of this large family home were going through a huge transition and downsizing. Several of the main living spaces were either already empty or under furnished, but the sellers themselves were still occupying the home. Following a well received consultation and the seller’s prep work, we were able to fully furnish the empty rooms and supplement the others to create a cohesive and updated look that enhanced the more traditional finishes. The home went under contract in 9 days and sold for asking.
